Decent value for money
Location was nice, swimming pool nice also.
No iron for clothes Check in at 3 despite the hotel stating in a question they answered on the booking page to a previous customer that someone will be there to check you in all the time. Incorrect. Highly inconvenient to leave our stuff and then go and spend time and money, whilst we were so tired, and then come back hours later

I had been in that property before and I liked everything about it, it’s clean and tidy calm and quiet it’s air conditioning works hot water running all day nice view close from the city centre overall it’s a nice hotel
The only thing I did not like is one person who was at the checking desk when I arrived he wasn’t polite and he was trying to avoid having a conversation with me when I asked him about the fact that I emailed them for early check in and they confirmed it, he just refused and asked me to wait for a couple of hours without giving me any explanations . that man was the only downside I have experience throughout my stay . Thank you

Parking free of charge and guarded. Clean pool. Very good international bar with professional bar keeper and even alc (especially Moroccan wines!!!)
The hotel certainly used to be a fancy one but shows immense wear and tear. Housekeeping neither tidy nor very competent. Our request for an extra bed (which should have been there from the beginning as we were 2 adults and 1 child 9y) was finally only halfway met. We gave up after the third time asking, when the bed had arrived but still without bed sheet incl. inlay - later only the rug was taken out of our room cupboard and placed on the bed instead. Cleanliness is hard to achieve when so many things are broken or worn out and fixed most unprofessionably or messy (hair dryer falls from the wall, seals are covered in silicone incl. toilet dump pipe, doors painted over incl the wall and handle...). Breakfast is ok but missing fresh fruits. The disorder of at present not needed furniture stuffed in one part of the restaurant or a newly arrived table still covered in transport wrappings is not helping the ambiance either. The pool is closed at 6pm already and it does not offer a regular pool menu for drinks (eating is even prohibited!) - if you want a drink by the pool you will have to hunt down the waiter of the nearby restaurant. Not even traditional tea with pastries or fruit juices, fruits... All in all the hotel is ok, but it is obvious that they try to do international hotel business but don't really have a clue how to do it right. A downer after the great stays in various Dars / Riadhs before which were offering less but perfectly and originally Moroccan.
